We are looking for a responsible and organized Back End Coordinator to manage daily service operations and coordinate between customers, engineers, and the internal team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service requests and engineer visits

• Assign and follow up on customer complaints/jobs

• Maintain daily service records and job status

• Coordinate with field engineers for timely job completion

• Update CRM and maintain accurate service data

• Follow up on pending and completed jobs

• Prepare daily/weekly reports

• Coordinate with customers regarding service updates

• Support the operations team in smooth day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM

• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Experience in service coordination/operations preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
