Job Description

Oversee repair and maintenance work at electricity substations.

Monitor daily field operations, including crew deployment and work execution.

Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain service quality standards.

Maintain detailed site visit records and regularly track work progress at substations.

Handle project expenses, verify vendor bills, and assist with documentation for payment processing.

Manage attendance records, prepare monthly reports, and support payroll documentation.

Coordinate material dispatch according to work orders and ensure accurate inventory records.

Ensure compliance with project timelines and plans through regular follow-ups and status updates.

Maintain and manage all salary-related documents and support accurate payroll processing at month-end.

Perform calling and coordination with vendors, field staff, and stakeholders as required and for hiring purpose.
