🔹 Position Details:
Designation: Back Office Coordinator
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Job Type: Regular / Full-Time
Work Location: Mahim (West), Mumbai – 400016
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Timings: 10:00/10:30 AM to 6:30/7:00 PM
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Attending and managing phone calls
Coordinating with field staff (Office Boy)
Vendor coordination – price comparison & negotiation for IT / Telecom / CCTV / Access Control products
Responding to client sales queries via email & phone
Handling customer support coordination for IT / Telecom / CCTV / Access Control complaints
Maintaining office stock & inventory records
Tracking materials sent/received through courier or freight
🔹 Skills Required:
2–3 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Basic Accounts / Tally knowledge will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
