Job Description

  • Coordinate with new clients during the onboarding process and collect required information/access.

  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.

  • Coordinate with the IT/technical team to ensure tasks are completed and delivered on time.

  • Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and client requirements.

  • Follow up with teams on pending work and resolve/escalate issues when required.

  • Communicate with clients regarding work status, updates, and requirements.

  • Maintain client records, trackers, and operational reports.
