Job Description

We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage the receiving and quality-check process for our garments. This person will be responsible for inspecting every piece that comes from the workshop, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with the design and dispatch teams for smooth flow of pieces.

Receive new garments and verify quantities against the order sheet.

Conduct QC (Quality Check) — inspecting stitching, finishing, hand-painting, embroidery, and sizing.

Note down and report any damages, stains, loose threads, or size issues.

Maintain a daily log of pieces received, QC done, and pieces cleared for dispatch or trial.

Coordinate with the production and sales teams for pending or altered pieces.

Tag, steam, and prepare approved pieces for store display or client delivery.

Handle returns or rework pieces and maintain proper records.

Requirements:

Experience in fashion production, QC, or inventory preferred.

Strong attention to detail and neatness.

Organized and punctual.

Comfortable using WhatsApp & basic Excel/Google Sheets for updates.
