About the Role

We are looking for a Auction Coordinator who has basic computer knowledge and is comfortable working on emails, websites, and online portals. The candidate will assist with day-to-day auction-related activities and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and monitor online auction portals.

• Participate in online auctions as instructed.

• Enter and submit required details on auction portals.

• Check and manage auction-related emails.

• Share auction details and updates with the concerned team.

• Download and upload documents as required.

• Maintain basic records of auctions and results.

• Coordinate with internal teams for auction-related requirements.

• Follow up on auction status and results.

• Perform basic data entry and computer-related work.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and internet.

• Comfortable using Email, MS Word and MS Excel.

• Basic typing and data-entry skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn new websites and online portals.

• Attention to detail and responsible attitude.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with basic computer knowledge will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in online auctions, e-tendering, bidding portals, data entry, or back-office work will be an added advantage, but it is not mandatory.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
