We are hiring a dedicated and organized Backend Coordinator to support our HR, administrative, and recruitment operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless backend coordination and execution across HR and admin functions.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Prepare offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks including attendance, leave tracking, ID issuance, stationery, and housekeeping coordination.
Handle internal communication, circulars, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and support.
Maintain HR MIS, recruitment databases, and attendance reports.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with management.
Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
Address employee queries related to HR and admin policies in a professional manner.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR, admin, or recruitment roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with recruitment portals and HR tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Graduate (Any stream)
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred (not mandatory)
Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
