Position Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated and organized Backend Coordinator to support our HR, administrative, and recruitment operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless backend coordination and execution across HR and admin functions.


Key Responsibilities:

🟡 HR & Recruitment Coordination

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain and update employee records and recruitment trackers.

  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

  • Prepare offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.

🟡 Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks including attendance, leave tracking, ID issuance, stationery, and housekeeping coordination.

  • Handle internal communication, circulars, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and support.

🟡 Data & Reporting

  • Maintain HR MIS, recruitment databases, and attendance reports.

  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with management.

🟡 Employee Engagement Support

  • Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities.

  • Address employee queries related to HR and admin policies in a professional manner.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR, admin, or recruitment roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with recruitment portals and HR tools.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (Any stream)

  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred (not mandatory)
