Job Description

  • Act as the communication bridge between the Director and staff across all departments.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, reviews, and tasks on behalf of the Director.

  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive company and employee information.

  • Track task progress, generate status reports, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Coordinate inter-departmental activities and resolve basic operational issues.

  • Draft and respond to emails, circulars, and internal communications.

  • Maintain daily/weekly reports and dashboards as per management requirements.

  • Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office supplies.
