Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team at Shuddharth India Private Limited. This role involves managing back office work like data management, online replies, call replies etc. Get ₹13000 - ₹15000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

  • Manage India Mart Queries on phone, whatsapp and email.

  • Send catalogue , product photos to various customers and queries as and when asked for.

  • Post photos and videos on the insta and facebook handles on daily basis.

  • Send and run promotional whatsapp messages to groups and customers.

  • Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
