Roles and Responsibilities: -
1. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing on field product trainers and coordinating them with the scheduled training on site or online.
2. Maintaining and generating data as and when required.
3. ERP software is used to schedule the training.
4. Basically, being a mediator between the Client and our product trainer to finalize the training needs and schedule the training accordingly Pan-India.
5. Trainers are present all over India and according to the region you have to schedule the training.
6. Understanding client needs and reaching client satisfaction is the major role in the process.
7. Taking feedback from clients and creating feedback analysis report for the same.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in training coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
