Qualification: 12th / UG Any / Any Graduate

Job Location : Sector 39 Noida ( Nearest metro station is Golf Course )

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of the organization, ensuring smooth internal processes and efficient data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

.Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation.

.Handle data entry, processing, good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

.Support daily operational tasks and assist in the preparation of reports.

.Coordinate with front office staff and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

.Process invoices, purchase orders, and other internal paperwork.

.Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and documents.

.Respond to internal queries and follow up on pending tasks.

.Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

.Basic knowledge of Tally accounting or finance processes.
