  • Handle client onboarding, KYC, and documentation for Mutual Funds, Loans, Insurance, and Demat services.

  • Coordinate with AMCs, NBFCs, and Insurance partners for application processing and status updates.

  • Maintain operational MIS, update CRM tools, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Assist in internship coordination, attendance, and certificate issuance.

  • Ensure compliance with AMFI, SEBI, IRDAI norms and maintain data records.

  • Respond to client queries via email/WhatsApp and provide backend support to the sales team.
