Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate with good communication skills to handle client coordination, order follow-ups, and payment tracking. The candidate will work closely with management to ensure smooth order processing and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients regarding orders, quotations, and updates.
Follow up with customers for payments and pending invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers for order status and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update Excel records for orders, payments, and stock details.
Prepare simple reports for daily activities and order tracking.
Support management in client communication and documentation.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic to good Excel knowledge (data entry, tracking sheets, simple reports).
Ability to manage client follow-ups and order coordination.
Organized and responsible working style.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
Experience in sales coordination, office administration, or client handling will be an advantage.
