About the Role
We are looking for a smart and responsible Process Coordinator who can ensure that daily company processes run smoothly across office, factory, and team operations. The role requires proper follow-up, coordination, reporting, and ensuring that no work gets delayed or stuck.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with different departments for daily work updates
· Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion
· Follow up with team members for pending work
· Maintain daily reports, task sheets, and process records
· Identify delays, gaps, or bottlenecks and inform management
· Coordinate between office, factory, sales, CRM, and support teams when required
· Handle calls, messages, and internal communication professionally
· Maintain data in Excel/CRM/software as per company process
· Ensure company SOPs and workflows are followed properly
· Support management in monitoring team productivity and discipline
Required Skills
· Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
· Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets
· Good follow-up and coordination ability
· Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
· Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
· Quick learner with a positive attitude
· Problem-solving mindset
Eligibility
· Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
· Experience: Fresher to 1 year preferred
· Gender: Female preferred
· Age: 18–26 years
