Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will assist project managers with coordination, documentation, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure deadlines are met and promptly escalate issues or delays to management.
Support the Project Manager in the execution and monitoring of project activities.
Assist in budget tracking and procurement processes as needed.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar coordination or administrative role (preferred).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
