We are looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our authorized Godrej service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, customer service records, job scheduling, documentation, and coordination with technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service requests, customer records, and job cards.
Coordinate with field technicians regarding service schedules and updates.
Handle customer calls, follow-ups, and service status inquiries.
Maintain data entry and update records in software/Excel.
Prepare invoices, service reports, and other documentation.
Track spare parts inventory and maintain stock records.
Communicate with the company and customers regarding service-related matters.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of office documents.
Assist in general administrative and back-office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in back office, administration, customer support, or service center operations.
Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
Salary
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
Performance incentives may be offered.
