Job Description

  • Manage and resolve all customer service complaints in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with clients and organize engineers for new machine installations.

  • Allocate service engineers based on priority and requirement.

  • Handle service team planning, monitoring, and work distribution.

  • Verify service reports, expense submissions, and update data in ERP

  • Prepare daily MIS reports for service complaints and machine erection progress.

  • Manage spares planning, sales, and coordination with the purchase team.

  • Schedule and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

  • Follow up on payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Every Month Visit To Rabatex Surat office Regarding Engineers performance and Spare stock Verification and Update.

  • Communication with Purchase team and Vendor for Service Material update.

  • Ensure smooth communication between service team, clients, and internal departments.

  • Other Duties Perform given by Management and HOD .
