Key Responsibilities
Application Management: Processing loan applications accurately on digital banking platforms or tablets and tracking them from lead generation to final disbursement.
Documentation & Compliance: Conducting pre-verification calls to confirm customer details and ensuring all documents (KYC, loan agreements, security documents) are complete and compliant with legal regulations.
Sales Team Support: Coordinating schedules for sales representatives, arranging customer appointments, and providing up-to-date marketing and product support materials.
Data & Reporting: Maintaining MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and daily conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of various loan types (e.g., mortgages, personal, affordable housing) and calculation of loan eligibilities.
Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate data, assess risk, and analyze market trends to help the team make well-reasoned recommendations.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills for interacting with clients, channel partners (like DSAs), and internal stakeholders.
Organization: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files within tight timelines.
