Hiring & Recruitment
Hire new candidates (staff/workers)
Complete joining formalities
Attendance Management
Prepare attendance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Track absentees and late entries
Follow-up & Coordination
Regular follow-up with staff/workers
Take work updates and ensure tasks are completed on time
Handle basic issues and report them
Reporting
Prepare daily work reports
Share updates with management
