Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharma Warehouse Executive to manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory handling, segregation, billing, and dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of pharma inventory processes and billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick medicines from inventory as per orders

  • Segregation, packing, and labeling of medicines

  • Prepare bills using basic billing software or system

  • Coordinate dispatch of orders

  • Maintain inward and outward stock records

  • Ensure proper handling of batch numbers, expiry dates, and FIFO process

  • Follow basic pharmaceutical compliance and warehouse procedures

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

  • Basic computer and billing knowledge is mandatory

  • Prior experience in pharma store, warehouse, or inventory handling is preferred

  • Ability to work responsibly in a process-driven environment
