Back Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and oversee routines to enable smooth delivery of services.

• Handle branch administration, documentation, filing, and correspondence.

• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance.

• Take follow-ups with clients regarding delivery schedules, payments, or service requests.

• Organize and handle client meetings at the branch, prepare agendas, and follow up on action points.

• Support the sales team by providing operational assistance and coordination.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at the branch.

• Prepare periodic reports related to branch performance, delivery schedules, payments, and inventories.

• Develop and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, adding value to their overall experience.
