Job Description

📌 Job Profile: Back Office Executive (Female)

Position: Back Office Executive

Department: Admin

Location: Greater Noida

Reporting To: Operations Head

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Buyer Coordination

  • Regularly follow up with existing and new buyers for fresh orders.

  • Maintain strong professional communication with buyers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

  • Update the Sales Manager about buyer requirements and feedback.

2️⃣ Payment Follow-up

  • Keep track of outstanding payments from buyers as per company policy.

  • Send timely reminders through calls and emails for pending payments.

  • Coordinate with Accounts Department to reconcile payments received and update records.

3️⃣ Stock Management

  • Maintain daily factory stock records in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Update inward/outward stock movements accurately.

  • Prepare stock reports for management as required.

4️⃣ Documentation & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing sales orders, invoices, dispatch details, and related paperwork.

  • File and maintain buyer correspondence and transaction records systematically.

  • Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.

📝 Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting)

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to handle follow-ups confidently

  • Basic knowledge of billing and payment processes preferred

💼 Qualification:

  • Graduate (any stream)

  • 1–3 years of experience in back office or sales coordination preferred (freshers with good skills can also apply)

⏰ Working Hours:

  • [Specify shift timing, e.g., 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday]

🌟 Salary:

  • As per industry standards & candidate experience
