Back Office Coordinator

• Act as the command-centre interface between Clients, Partners & Field Engineers
• Coordinate schedules, resolve escalations & ensure smooth Day-To-Day project delivery
• Maintain trackers, prepare reports & ensure timely progress updates
• Build strong relationships with client SPOCs & service partners

• 1–3 years’ experience in Project Coordination / Service Delivery / Ops
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Hands-on with Excel, reports & project tracking tools
• Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail
• Based in Ahmedabad (no travel required)
