Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment.Coordinate with internal teams and support management in administrative tasks.Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office calendars.Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing staff activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.---Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration or coordination.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
