Back Office-Responsibilities

Follow instructions given by MD or seniors

Reporting to senior

Drafting and sending to concerned person

Follow up with ground team and report to MD

Follow up with market person and report to MD

Allocate day-to-day tasks to team

Plan seniors’ travel

Draft emails for seniors

Prepare office negative report

Prepare office output report

Assist seniors

Maintain proper uniform

Maintain proper etiquette in the office

Arrange documents before travel

Handle DMS

Visit site if required
