Job Description

Preparing Sales Quotation.

 Good knowledge about sales quotation.

 Managing all the sales related activity of the company.   

 Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each

caller.

 Writing up accurate sales correspondence. Emails /Quotations.

 Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

 Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

 Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.

 Supporting the backend sales team in drafting the quotations as per the client requirement.

 Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing

paperwork and filing documents.

 Organizing sales promotional campaigns.

 Resolving any sales related issues with the clients regarding the enquiry /orders.

 Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.

 Making follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.

 Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data.

 Handle Showroom Customers.

 Explore new project from online.

 Fixing Appointment with the responsible people of the project

 Project Co-Ordination-Explore online for new projects, Project contact details owner details,

send mail introduction with profile & catalogs, fixing appointment with key people in projects.
