Job Title: Back Office Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to handle administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry and maintain records accurately
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations)
Manage emails, calls, and documentation
Prepare reports, invoices, and MIS
Maintain files and database systems
Assist in day-to-day office operations
Follow up with clients/vendors when required
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Full-time (Day shift)
