We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator / Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, maintain records, and support the team with administrative tasks. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with basic computer tools.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records and data in systems
Coordinate with internal teams and departments
Prepare reports, documents, and MIS data
Handle emails, calls, and internal communication
Assist in documentation and file management
Support the sales or operations team with back-end tasks
Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
