We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to manage daily backend operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth workflow. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between different departments for smooth operations
Maintain and update records, data, and reports
Handle email communication and internal follow-ups
Assist in documentation and process management
Track daily work progress and report to management
Ensure data accuracy and timely task completion
Skills Required
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
