We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and quotations.
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM systems, and customer databases.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, procurement) to ensure timely deliveries.
Track sales targets and performance metrics for management review.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and future opportunities.
Provide administrative and operational support to sales executives.
Handle documentation related to invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings between clients and sales representatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
