Position: Student Coordinator
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Online Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on counselor performance, student progress, term completion, certificates, referrals, and webinar participation.
- Master List Management: Maintain and update an accurate list of students, including enrollment status, course progress, and contact details.
- Webinar Coordination: Plan, schedule, and track webinar attendance, including sending invites and gathering feedback.
- Referral Generation: Develop strategies to encourage student referrals for admissions and track referral success.
- Administrative Support: Assist with student enrollment, track courier deliveries, and manage course-related communication.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping, including performance tracking and progress reporting.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in student coordination or administration preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with learning management systems.
