We’re looking for a proactive Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day coordination and support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:

• Maintain and update client and vendor data regularly.

• Ensure proper documentation and organized records for easy retrieval.

2. Operations Coordination:

• Coordinate with Co-founder and team members for order processing.

• Understand task requirements, identify next steps, and ensure timely execution.

• Monitor workflow to ensure adherence to company standards.

3. Task Planning & Prioritization:

• Arrange and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the team.

• Track progress of tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

• Support with follow-ups and coordination with vendors and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage work priorities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Location preference: Candidates residing in/near Noida.
