Job Description: Back Office Coordinator – Loan Process

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year

Role Overview:

Fin Health Business Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator with hands-on experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Personal Loan & Business Loan processing. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, excellent documentation abilities, and the capability to manage email communication and Excel-based MIS reporting effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end back-office operations for HL,BL,PL & Mortgage Loan files.

  • Collect, verify, and organize customer documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Conduct financial eligibility checks, income calculations, and preliminary assessments.

  • Prepare and maintain loan application files, KYC documents, and supporting paperwork.

  • Coordinate with customers, the sales team, and bank representatives via emails and calls.

  • Track file status, update MIS, and maintain Excel reports for login, approval, and disbursement.

  • Follow up on pending documents and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data in internal systems.

  • Support the loan disbursement process by preparing required documentation.

  • Manage daily email communication, drafting clear and professional responses.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and bank guidelines.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in HL,BL,PL & Mortgage Loan processing.

  • Strong financial understanding and loan eligibility knowledge.

  • Excellent documentation, verification, and record-keeping skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, MIS updating).

  • Strong communication and professional email drafting skills.

  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management.

Education:

Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)

Salary:

₹16,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and interview performance)
