About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Coordinator to support our sales, operations, and service teams. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Data Management

    • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.

    • Maintain customer databases, vendor records, and internal files.

    • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems.

  • Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate with sales, accounts, production, and service teams for order execution.

    • Handle email/phone communication with customers and vendors.

    • Follow up on pending payments, orders, and deliveries.

  • Administrative Support

    • Manage office supplies, dispatches, and logistics coordination.

    • Assist management with daily schedules, reports, and follow-ups.

    • Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance records and joining formalities (if required).

  • Customer & Vendor Support

    • Share product information, quotations, and updates with customers.

    • Handle after-sales coordination, service complaints, and installation scheduling.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).

  • 1–3 years of experience in back office / coordination / administration (manufacturing, trading, or EV industry preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email drafting, and ERP/CRM software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
