· Project Planning and Scheduling
· Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various teams involved in the project.
· Coordinate resources and allocate tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
· Serve as a central point of contact for project-related queries and updates
· Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
· Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to senior management for resolution.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, error sheets and meeting minutes.
· Generate regular progress reports to update stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones
· Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
