Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Provide clear communication and assistance to customers regarding internet plans, service issues, and account details.

Maintain and update customer records, billing information, and service status in the system.

Coordinate with technical teams for service installations, complaints, and follow-ups.

Prepare daily reports, documentation, and basic office correspondence.

Assist in managing office schedules, appointments, and general administrative tasks.

Support sales team by sharing plan details, quotations, and follow-up communication.

Ensure smooth office operations and maintain a professional work environment.

Requirements:
