Job Summary:
The Back Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with field technicians, handling customer communication, maintaining service records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the service center. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and customer handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA compliance as per company/brand guidelines.
Receive customer service complaints via phone, email, or CRM system.
Coordinate with technicians for job updates, spare part requirements, and call closure status.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, Invoice and warranty details.
Prepare daily service reports and share updates with management/ brand partners.
Follow up with customers regarding service feedback and pending issues.
Maintain spare parts inventory records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in service coordination / back office operations (preferably in appliance service industry).
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
