Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team at at Ambience airtech pvt ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily backend development activities and ensure tasks are executed as per timelines.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring backend project milestones.

• Communicate project progress, blockers, and updates to stakeholders and team members.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and development schedules.

• Work closely with backend developers to track requirements, changes, and deliverOrganizel

• Organize and lead team stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and review sessions.

• Ensure smooth collaboration between backend, frontend, QA, and deployment teams.

• Support in gathering client requirements and translating them into technical tasks.

• Monitor project risks and help implement mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate testing, debugging, and deployment activities with relevant teams.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
