We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator / Back Office Executive to handle administrative and operational support for our organization. This role requires strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MIS and data analysis, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts), MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in data entry, MIS reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Basic understanding of business analytics tools.
