The Office Coordinator – Team Leader is responsible for leading the office coordination team and ensuring smooth communication and workflow across all departments in a garment manufacturing company. This role involves supervising office coordinators/assistants, managing administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and supporting production and merchandising teams to meet deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide a team of office coordinators or staff.
Allocate and monitor team tasks to ensure timely completion of daily operations.
Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
Develop and implement efficient office systems for documentation and reporting.
Maintain inventory and vendor communication for timely supplies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or related field.
3–4 years of experience in office coordination /team leader role.
Experience in garment/textile manufacturing preferred.
Age Requirement: 35–40 years.
