Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients for timely order execution
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation.
- Update CRM/sales tracking sheets regularly
- Follow up with clients for payments and pending documents
- Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams
- Prepare sales reports and support data analysis
- Maintain customer database and ensure updated contact details
- Handle telephonic and email communication professionally
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems preferred
- Excellent coordination and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation ability
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
