Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Franchise POC (Point of Contact) to join our team Apsara Icecreams LLP. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities

1. Onboarding of new outlets

·       Liaising with the new franchise and helping them setup the operations of the outlet.

·       Ensuring timely payment of franchise fees and coordinating with the accounts team for confirmation of receipt of payment.

·       Guiding them with the list of documents needed for onboarding their outlet on various platforms

·       Helping them with the procurement of freezers, installation of billing software and purchase of dry stock to be sourced locally.

·       Coordinating with the admin team for setting up their email credential and store contact number. Also helping in getting the franchise agreement ready from the admin team and ensuring timely execution of the same.

·       Ensuring the new outlet is live on online ordering platforms within a week of launch.

·       Helping them in stock ordering and liaising with the factory for the timely dispatch of stock

·       Any other help required by them in setting up the outlet

 

2. Central POC for Online Aggregators

·       Ensuring all new outlets are listed on all platforms, with correct details, images, etc

·       Any other adhoc requests received from the franchises like getting the legal entity changed on various online platforms etc.

 

3. Handling of Billing software at the HO Level

·       Enabling of inactivated flavours in the HO menu

·       Adding of new flavours/variants in the HO menu and also adding the corresponding raw material and recipe

·       Copying the changes at all the outlets

·       Pushing the changes in all online platforms for all outlets

·       Managing the inventory of Apsara kitchen on Petpooja by disabling unavailable flavours, enabling available flavours and adding any flavours as informed by the factory.

·       Adding the flavour images at the HO level and pushing the changes at all outlets for it to reflect on online platforms

·       Configuring discounts centrally for running them at an outlet level.

 

4. Maintaining and generating reports

·       Maintaining the master tracker of all outlets (including kitchen outlets) which contains all the details of the outlet.

·       Generating reports from Petpooja as and when required by the brand owner.

 

 

5. POC for all franchises

If any franchise has any store level issues (eg not able to manage stock inventory properly, Petpooja issues, etc) resolve/raise them to concerned PoC in a timely manner
