Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Attibele, Bangalore
Company: Vignesh Industries Pvt. Ltd.


Qualification:

Graduate (Any discipline)


Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative and back-office tasks.

  • Prepare and maintain data in Excel and Word formats.

  • Draft and send official emails professionally.

  • Maintain and update customer payment records and ledgers.

  • Coordinate with the accounts team regarding collections and payment follow-ups.

  • Attend and respond to incoming phone calls and customer inquiries politely.

  • Support the sales/service teams with documentation and coordination.

  • Manage office files, records, and correspondence systematically.

  • Perform other routine office duties as assigned.


Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.

  • Good telephone and call etiquette.

  • Basic accounting and ledger entry knowledge.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.


Languages Required:

  • Mandatory: English and Kannada

  • Preferred: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu


Other Requirements:

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

As per company norms and experience.
