Key Responsibilities

✅ Data entry and maintenance of customer records
✅ Preparation and verification of loan application files
✅ Coordination with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and customers
✅ Collection and follow-up of pending documents
✅ Updating CRM, Excel sheets, and MIS reports
✅ Tracking loan login, sanction, disbursement, and case status
✅ Managing email communication and documentation
✅ Supporting the sales team with operational and administrative tasks
✅ Ensuring timely processing and accurate record keeping
