कौन-कौन से काम हैं: What all will you be doing

✅ Operations: फोन पर काम बंटवाना, कस्टमर और टेक्नीशियन से बात करना, काम समय से पूरा कराना (assign calls to the service provider, guide them and get executed / closed)

✅ Supply Onboarding: नए प्लंबर/इलेक्ट्रीशियन/AC mechanic को ढूंढकर OniT से जोड़ना - ऐप डाउनलोड करवाना, ऐप इस्तेमाल करना सिखाना (find out service provider where we have customer complaints / installation pending and get them onboarded on ONIT PARTNERS APP) for work execution

✅ Payment Process - ensure the partners close call on onit partners app and get paid as scheduled (every tuesday)

✅ Business Development: Dealer/ Society /Company से tie-up करना
