### 💼 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Coordinator to manage loan documentation, coordinate with clients and banks, and ensure smooth processing of financial applications. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Processing

- manage client documents (KYC, income proof, property papers)

- Ensure complete and accurate documentation before submission

- Maintain digital and physical records

2. Client Coordination

- Follow up with clients for pending documents

- Provide updates on loan application status

- Handle basic client queries professionally

3. Bank & NBFC Coordination

- Submit loan files to banks/NBFCs

- Track application progress and approvals

- Coordinate with bank officials for smooth disbursement

4. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain MIS reports in Excel/CRM

- Track leads, approvals, and disbursements

- Update daily status reports

5. Process Support

- Assist sales team in faster case closures

- Ensure compliance with banking and documentation norms

  1. Follow up calls with Builders

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any field (Commerce preferred)

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheet ,data management

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow up and coordinate effectively

- Salary: ₹25000 - 35000 per month (depending on experience)
