JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Increase donor footfall through effective coordination and collaboration with Travel Facilitators, donors, internal donor coordinators, MRD teams, and doctors on a day-to-day basis.
Handle all donors and Travel Facilitators with professionalism, ensuring discipline, confidentiality, and a positive experience at all times.
Accurately document donor information during onboarding in line with compliance standards and SOPs.
Process and forward complete donor files to the Head Office for payment approval in a timely manner post pickup.
Manage donor transfers to other centers as required.
Share daily donor reports and updates with the Head Office.
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1–3 years of experience in Operations or Healthcare-related roles.
Exposure to donor coordination or clinical operations will be an added advantage.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Prior experience in a relevant operational role, ideally within clinical/healthcare operations.
Ability to creatively identify, engage, and build relationships with Travel Facilitators.
Strong collaboration skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
Polite, patient, and capable of managing crisis situations when required.
QUALIFICATION
Postgraduate Degree in Management / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Graduate degree in Science is preferred.
