We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Assistant to handle daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
A key aspect includes preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to guests and staff with care and courtesy, ensuring a welcoming experience
Handling mail deliveries and documents.
Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms.
Support administrative tasks as needed.
Perform any other tasks provided by the admin or management.
Maintain office files, records, and documents
Support HR, accounts, and other departments as needed
Monitor and manage office supplies and vendor coordination
