Job Summary:
we a are looking for a detail- oriented and customer focused back office executive to handle all backend operations related to travel bookings including train, bus, flight tickets, hotel reservations, and holiday packages. the role requires strong communication, computer proficiency and coordination skills to ensure smooth travel arrangements for client.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international ticket bookings (train, bus, flight).
Manage hotel reservations and holiday package arrangements.
Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and customers via email & phone.
Maintain records of bookings, payments, invoices, and client details.
Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and confirmations.
Assist in cancellation, refund, and rescheduling processes.
Support the sales and customer service team with accurate backend data.
Update booking status and reports in CRM / travel management software.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

Required Skills:
Good communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati ).
Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email handling).
Familiarity with travel portals (IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, Yatra, etc.) is an advantage.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Time management and multitasking ability.
