The Office assistance is responsible for contact management to strengthen the customer relationship which is the key to retention.
The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Full job description:
Supervise and train a team of customer care executives.
Monitor daily performance, Leads, and productivity.
Ensure prompt and polite responses to customer inquiries.
Resolve escalated complaints with tact and professionalism.
Ensure technicians are scheduled as per customer convenience.
Assign service requests to technicians using internal software
Follow up with technicians and customers to confirm service completion.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track customer feedback and complaints for service improvement.
Ensure grooming and communication standards of front office team.
Support digital documentation of job closures and feedback forms.
Should be able to set the targets for the renewals based on the monthly portfolio
To support the branches for retention, and renewals & increase the branch revenue via up-selling
Maintaining records of all petty cash transactions, including receipts, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
