Job Description

About the Role:

  • The Office assistance is responsible for contact management to strengthen the customer relationship which is the key to retention.

  • The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Full job description:

  • Supervise and train a team of customer care executives.

  • Monitor daily performance, Leads, and productivity.

  • Ensure prompt and polite responses to customer inquiries.

  • Resolve escalated complaints with tact and professionalism.

  • Ensure technicians are scheduled as per customer convenience.

  • Assign service requests to technicians using internal software

  • Follow up with technicians and customers to confirm service completion.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

  • Track customer feedback and complaints for service improvement.

  • Ensure grooming and communication standards of front office team.

  • Support digital documentation of job closures and feedback forms.

  • Should be able to set the targets for the renewals based on the monthly portfolio

  • To support the branches for retention, and renewals & increase the branch revenue via up-selling

  • Maintaining records of all petty cash transactions, including receipts, vouchers, and supporting documentation. 

  • Sending stock report to corporate office template
